Blind Computation on Scrambled Data

Our architecture is designed to protect your data. How it works:

  • Your JIRA data lives on Atlassian servers.
  • When you click “Calculate Critical Path”, your JIRA text and other data are encrypted with a key that lives only on Atlassian Servers. Date fields used for work item duration calculations are not encrypted.
  • Then encrypted data is sent to our backend server API where calculations are performed that nobody except the Atlassian server can read.
  • The result is sent back to the Atlassian server, where it is decrypted and shown to you in the report.
